Recovery of Marin Faliero lugger, a cargo ship with two masts 21 meters long, built in 1898, one of the oldest traditional Italian boats sunk in the river Sile, near Treviso:
Abdon Pedretti took over the delicate transportation of the lugger from Casier to Museum of Caorle with a special vehicle, 48 meters long and with 26 steering wheels.
Here the delicate stages of transport, which occurred in July 2008 and proved very difficult due to the total size of the convoy and the narrowness of roadways and intersections:
